Witch and Council Idle RPG Tier List & Reroll Guide

Witch and Council Idle RPG tier list will tell you who is the best witch of all the six witches in the game. Choosing the best character is important because you can only use one character at a time.

Witch and Council Idle RPG is like any other idle game where you only need to watch your character finish their thing. There are many elements to clear all the stages, and using the best character is one of them.

All witches in Witch and Council Idle RPG have their own unique power. Like Mila for example, a free character that you get for free on the early game, she is a good defensive unit because of her shield.

But some of them have a better function because of their higher power, and in this Witch and Council tier list, I will let you know who I’m talking about.

Unlike all of my previous game tier lists where I put many characters in the list. I only put six characters in this Witch and Council Idle RPG tier list because that’s all they currently have.

So later, when they update the game, I will try to update this tier list.

Tier SS

Della

Basic attack: The attacked enemy’s attack speed decreased by 80%
Unique skill: Curse and instantly kill the enemy with a black hole every 5 seconds

Della is undoubtedly the best character in Witch and Council Idle RPG. She is great in both defensive and attacking abilities. Decreasing attack speed by 80% will help you survive longer by reducing the enemy’s attacking ability, especially when facing a high-tier enemy. Meanwhile, for her skill, she can instantly kill the enemy, which is just OP.

Tier S

Merry

Basic attack: Enemy’s attack damage will be reduced by 5% (maximum 30%)
Unique skill: Every attack recover 10% of the HP for every 5 seconds in every 12 seconds

Merry is your best choice if you want to play defensive. Merry’s healing ability is top tier, greater than any defensive ability in this game. But unfortunately, you need a lot of luck when pulling your attacking equipment because she can’t help you.

Rose

Basic attack: 300% poison damage is added to the normal attack
Unique skill: Push away the enemy every 10 seconds and deal 300% of the attack as damage

Rose’s basic attack will triple your damage. She is the best when killing hard enemies. But her skill doesn’t to many functions because of its long cooldown.

Tier A

Ray

Basic attack: Bounce off the bullet and deal 15% enhanced normal attack damage (including critical)

Unique Skill: For every 5 seconds, the normal attack damage (including critical) is enhanced by 100% every 14 seconds.
Her unique skill makes Ray great, which will greatly boost your damage. Nothing to say about her basic attack.

Tier B

Mila

Basic attack: Monsters are pushed away with normal attacks
Unique Skill: Create a shield for 3 seconds every 15 seconds when the HP is lower than 20%

Mila’s basic attack is good, it is helpful against melee enemies. But her unique skill needs you to have HP lower than 20%, which is hard to activate if you have good pieces of equipment.

Tier C

Lulu

Basic attack: None
Unique Skill: Summon 3 ghost bombs every 8 seconds to charge towards the enemy dealing 100% attack damage

Lulu doesn’t has basic attack ability. It is enough to put her as the worst character in Witch and Council.

Witch and Council Reroll Guide

Rerolling in Witch and Council Idle RPG is very easy. But you need a little bit of passion because it will take your time, around 15 minutes. So this is how to reroll in Witch and Council:

Open the game
Progress until you have enough summon, around 50 pulls
Press Setting at the right top (gear icon)
Tap Account, then press Delete Account

But, I do not recommend you to reroll on Witch and Council Idle RPG because of the locked rarity system. Meaning that you need a lot of pulls before acquiring a high rarity item.
